The Casita Model Plan Library is a repository for pre-approved casita plans. These plans may be purchased from a designer and used to build a new casita in Tucson. To begin the process, please use the contact information below to contact the designer of that particular casita model plan. Please note that while the building plans are already pre-approved, a site plan will be required to meet site-specific standards, such as zoning and utility location.
